You are eligibile for a free Mammogram if you:

  • Do not have health insurance
  • Low income - less than 200 percent of the federal poverty level (approx. $27,179/year)
  • Have not had a mammogram in the past year
  • No breast symptoms (pain, discharge, lump)
  • Age 50-64
  • Age 40-49 and have Black, Latino or Asian Ancestry
  • Age 40-49 and have a parent, sister, brother, or child that's had breat cancer
