Medical Examinations for Immigrants
DOH-Manatee offers immigrants medical examinations including a health assessment and immunizations (vaccinations) needed for immigration status. These services are approved by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.
The process requires two appointments.
- Part A: Assessment - includes immunizations, laboratory work, tuberculosis screening (Quantenferon Gold)
- Part B: Follow-up and certification

What to Bring
Please bring the following current (non-expired), government-issued identification and documents to your first immigration health appointment:
- Passport
- Form I-94 (if available)
- Vaccination records (translated into English)
